Return Policy

RETURN AUTHORIZATION POLICY Mesh Suture, Inc. · Effective 2026 · Applies to all U.S. orders

1. Return Authorization Requirement

All product returns must be pre-approved by Mesh Suture, Inc. prior to shipment. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested and obtained before returning any product.

Returns received without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of order confirmation. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except as provided in Section 5 (Exceptions) below.

3. Eligible Product

To qualify for return, product must be:

  • Unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Free from any compromise to sterile barrier integrity
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order reference number.

Product that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. Credits and Restocking Fee

Approved returns will be issued as a credit toward future purchases with Mesh Suture, Inc. No cash refunds will be issued.

All approved credits will be applied less a 10% restocking fee calculated on the original invoice value of the returned product.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be applied within 12 months of issuance.

5. Exceptions

The 30-day return window and restocking fee do not apply to returns resulting from:

  • A verified product defect or nonconformance
  • A Mesh Suture, Inc.-initiated recall or field correction
  • A shipping error or duplicate shipment on the part of Mesh Suture, Inc.

Exception-based returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may require completion of a formal complaint record in accordance with Mesh Suture, Inc.'s Company policies

6. Governing Terms

If a customer has an active written contract with Mesh Suture, Inc. that expressly addresses returns, the terms of that contract will supersede this policy.

If the applicable contract does not address returns, or if no contract is in place, this Return Authorization Policy will govern all return requests in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mesh Suture, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. This policy applies to all U.S. customers and supersedes any prior return terms. Mesh Suture, Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
